Meet our Office Staff


Joshua Correa, Bookkeeper and Human Resources

Joshua started with Right at Home in September 2014 as a scheduler. He then moved into our recruiting department and currently works as our bookkeeper and assists with Human Resources duties. Prior to Right at Home, Josh worked in the restaurant industry. He became interested in becoming a Home Health Aide and during his search, he discovered Right at Home.

Josh went to school at U-Mass Boston and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. His favorite part of working for Right at Home is the fact that he can work with people to follow their wishes and keep them home!

On Josh’s days off, he likes to play guitar, compete in Spartan Races and Climb Mountains. He is also interested in photography and is a member of a local photography group. Josh is also the unofficial professional photographer for the office. He makes sure that everyone’s badge photo is perfect!


Leigh-Ann Renfro, Client Care Coordinator

Leigh has been in the Human Services field for 5 years. She started doing direct-care in a group home and her career has evolved into a more administrative role at a day program.

Elder and senior care is a personal issue for Leigh because her grandmother is affected by dementia and she sees first hand the struggles families go through to provide the perfect care. Leigh states she has seen a deeper importance of people staying at home to age in place.


Mariella Domajnko-Pugh, Client Care Coordinator

Mariella started working with Right at Home in May of 2019. Her passion for working with people began after she acquired her Bachelors of Science degree in early childhood education at Wheelock College in Boston, MA.

Previous to joining the Right at Home family, she spent twenty-seven years in the child care industry as a center director, quality team leader, and peer trainer. After becoming an expert in working with families, their dynamics, and identifying their needs, Mariella expanded her horizons and honed in on her strong communication, support skills, and detail-oriented nature becoming our newest Client Care Coordinator.

When Mariella is not working for Right at Home, she enjoys attending her sons athletic events, quality time with her daughter, and spending time outdoors.

Brody- The Wonder Dog, Official Office Pet

Brody works part time in our office with duties ranging from Official Greeter to Chief Cookie-Eater. While he is in the office, he works very hard at minding his manners. He enjoys lounging around the offices and interacting with people. In his spare time, he loves it when someone throws a ball for him!
